I felt incredibly comfortable with Elena as my guide. I’m often someone who is cautious with my words to speak aloud, and yet the energetic space that Elena holds is profoundly safe. I found myself able to unfold with readiness, ease and felt completely protected and safe to do so.

A few weeks back I had a sharp and magical 20 minute coaching conversation with Elena, who I met at a six day retreat in the Netherlands. Liebe Elena, ich kannte dich nicht und auch von einer Kakaozeremonie hatte ich noch nicht gehört. Ich lasse mich gern auf Neues ein und wurde dafür reichlich belohnt. Ich habe meine erste Kakaozeremonie überhaupt bei Elena gemacht und es war magisch! Und das, obwohl es die erste Zeremonie war, die sie selbst geleitet hat! Es war unglaublich schön gestaltet. Man merkt einfach, dass sie selbst schon eine lange spirituelle Reise hinger sich hat und das lebt, was sie in der Zeremonie tut, feiert und erzählt.

Die Meditationen und Entspannungsübungen, die pünktliche Lieferung des Kakaos vorher (trotz kurzfristiger Anmeldung) und die Musik in der Zeremonie – sowohl die Live Musik als auch die Auswahl der Playlist – waren wundervoll.
